All exchanges and returns must be accompanied by a RA number [Return Authorization number]. All RA#'s expire 10 days after date of issuance! You must contact us at 281.291.0707 for this number. Without an RA#, any returned box will be refused at the dock. If box somehow comes into our warehouse without an RA#, you will be contacted to see if box should be destroyed or returned to you at your cost. Any discounts and/or promotions given on your order will be charged back to you.

- Closeout/Sale Products
All sales final! No exchanges and no returns on all closeout/sale products in our closeout/sale categories.
- Makeup
All sales final! Due to environmental exposures and hygene, no makeup items can be returned or exchanged.
- Pyrotechnics
All sales final! Due to HAZMAT shipping requirements, pyrotechnic items can not be returns or exchanged.
- Mascots

All sales final! Mascots are portrayed as best as possible and generally the product turns out better then the picture. If you are not satisfied with your mascot we will make every effort to make it right.
- Mascots are created as we get the orders and the time it takes to create them and get them to you may vary depending on the time of year and the work load already in house.
- Mascots can not carry a warranty because it is not verifiable as to how the mascot is taken care of and who wears it. We will try, however, to work with you if any problems occur within the first few months due to a imperfection on our part.
- Due to the fact that mascots are created as you place the orders there is no refund on mascots once the order is placed.
- Santa Claus Suits

Exchanges: Santa suit orders that are not the correct size can be exchanged for another size.
- Customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
- We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery via e-mail or phone to receive an RA#.
- We must receive the suit within 10 days. All RA#'s expire 10 days after date of issuance!

Returns: Our santa suits are of the best quality available. Unlike other websites who have a no return policy on suits, we offer a "satisfaction guarantee". If you are not completely satisfied with your santa suit you can return it for a full refund less shipping. NOTE: Wig and Beard sets are only returnable in unopened original sealed packaging.

- Lighting

Outside US: Purchasing and/or shipping any lighting product outside the 50 United States of America voids all warranties.

Exchanges: All lighting fixtures are covered by individual manufacturer's warranty. If for any reason you receive a defective product, please contact the appropriate manufacturer for an exchange. If the manufacturer is unable to assist you, please contact us and let us know.

Returns: Lighting products all carry a very definitive description and we will try to assist you in your lighting decision the best we can. All lighting returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Fixtures must be received in original packaging without any signs of use.

- General Notes
Products are checked and carefully packed upon leaving our warehouse so any damages due to shipping should be filed with the shipping company.
Merchandise must show no sign of wear and be in the original packaging for we only sell new and unused products.
We will not accept exchanges or returns on closeout/sale items, hair products, makeup, pyrotechnics, under garments, or any special order items.
We always do our best to accommodate our customers on time related orders but we are not responsible for time factors on product delivery from shipping carriers.
Undeliverable Orders: Undeliverable or refused orders will be subject to all shipping charges both ways!
