General Order Information
HAZMAT Fees On Makeup
Please note that in some circumstances makeup products that are shipped via air carry a $32.50 usd HAZMAT (Hazardous Material) fee that will be applied to your order. This charge will not show up in your online shopping cart, however, you are liable for it and it will be added to your invoice in house prior to shipping.
Ground Shipments: Are not effected by the HAZMAT fee.
Air Shipments: Include 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight Deliveries, and are as follows
Small Quantity Exception: If each product considered HAZMAT is ordered in 1oz or less and the total carton shipped via air does not contain more than 16oz total HAZMAT products, you are not required to pay a hazmat fee. For Example: 16 1oz bottles of Hair White will not require a Hazmat Fee. However, 17 1oz bottles in the same carton or just 1 2oz bottle or more in any carton WILL require the HAZMAT fee.
Other Restrictions: Beyond the Small Quantity Exception, individual bottles can not exceed 32oz. Meaning the 64oz makeup products considered HAZMAT, can NOT be shipped via air under any circumstances.

HAZMAT Fees On Pyrotechnics
Please note that there is generally a 5.00 hazmat fee per order on ground pyrotechnic orders and up to 35.00 on air pyrotechnic orders. This charge does not show up in your shopping cart although it will be added to your invoice.
Pricing Disclaimer
Due to human error it is possible to have mistakes throughout our website network so in the event of a pricing mistake we reserve the right to go by the pricing in our database in-house.

What is your Return/Refund Policy?
All exchanges and returns must be accompanied by a RA number [Return Authorization number]. All RA#'s expire 10 days after date of issuance! You must contact us at 281.291.0707 for this number. Without an RA#, any returned box will be refused at the dock. If box somehow comes into our warehouse without an RA#, you will be contacted to see if box should be destroyed or returned to you at your cost. Any discounts and/or promotions given on your order will be charged back to you.
Due to the type of merchandise we carry please read this return/refund policy carefully.
Closeout/Sale Products
All sales final! No exchanges and no returns on all closeout/sale products in our closeout/sale categories.
Makeup
All sales final! Due to environmental exposures and hygene, no makeup items can be returned or exchanged.
Pyrotechnics
All sales final! Due to HAZMAT shipping requirements, pyrotechnic items can not be returns or exchanged.
Mascots
All sales final! Mascots are portrayed as best as possible and generally the product turns out better then the picture. If you are not satisfied with your mascot we will make every effort to make it right.
  • Mascots are created as we get the orders and the time it takes to create them and get them to you may vary depending on the time of year and the work load already in house.
  • Mascots can not carry a warranty because it is not verifiable as to how the mascot is taken care of and who wears it. We will try, however, to work with you if any problems occur within the first few months due to a imperfection on our part.
  • Due to the fact that mascots are created as you place the orders there is no refund on mascots once the order is placed.
Santa Claus Suits
Exchanges: Santa suit orders that are not the correct size can be exchanged for another size.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
  • We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery via e-mail or phone to receive an RA#.
  • We must receive the suit within 10 days. All RA#'s expire 10 days after date of issuance!
Returns: Our santa suits are of the best quality available. Unlike other websites who have a no return policy on suits, we offer a "satisfaction guarantee". If you are not completely satisfied with your santa suit you can return it for a full refund less shipping. NOTE: Wig and Beard sets are only returnable in unopened original sealed packaging.

Lighting
Outside US: Purchasing and/or shipping any lighting product outside the 50 United States of America voids all warranties.
Exchanges: All lighting fixtures are covered by individual manufacturer's warranty. If for any reason you receive a defective product, please contact the appropriate manufacturer for an exchange. If the manufacturer is unable to assist you, please contact us and let us know.
Returns: Lighting products all carry a very definitive description and we will try to assist you in your lighting decision the best we can. All lighting returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Fixtures must be received in original packaging without any signs of use.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
  • We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery via e-mail or phone to receive an RA#.
  • We must receive the product within 10 days. All RA#'s expire 10 days after date of issuance!
  • Any discounts and/or promotions given on your order (including free shipping) will be charged back to you.

General Notes
Products are checked and carefully packed upon leaving our warehouse so any damages due to shipping should be filed with the shipping company.
Merchandise must show no sign of wear and be in the original packaging for we only sell new and unused products.
We will not accept exchanges or returns on closeout/sale items, hair products, makeup, pyrotechnics, under garments, or any special order items.
We always do our best to accommodate our customers on time related orders but we are not responsible for time factors on product delivery from shipping carriers.

Do You Have A Catalog?
In an effort to keep our cost down and pass the savings on to you we have chosen not to have a paper catalog which carries all of our 5,000+ items. Feel free to call us with any questions concerning any products which you are looking for and do not find on our website.

Do You Have A Minimum Order?
Orders for less than $20.00 carry a $10.00 USD surcharge. This charge is reflected in our online shopping cart.

Do You Charge Sales Tax?
Texas residents, will be charged a 8.25% sales tax. NOTE: Sales Tax is applicable to your billing and/or shipping address.

Same Day Shipping Guarantee
Orders must be in-house by 1:30 CST (Central Standard Time) Monday through Friday to qualify for same day shipping
Guarantee pertains to in stock merchandise only
Guarantee not applicable to orders placed between October 20th and October 31st, due to heavy Halloween activity
Guarantee not applicable to orders placed between December 18th and December 25th, due to heavy Christmas activity
Same day shipping does not apply to Mascots as Mascots are created as we get the orders

Our customers are very important to us but once orders leave International Fun-Shop we have no control over them and can not be held responsible for delivery dates. Items are checked for quality upon leaving our warehouse so all claims should be filed with the freight carrier. Customer is still responsible freight charges if problems occur with freight carrier.
Undeliverable Orders: Undeliverable or refused orders will be subject to all shipping charges both ways!

Please note that shipping carriers do not count weekends (or holidays) when calculating your shipping time.

    How Do I Calculate Shipping Charges?
    If the shipping field is left blank, shipping is calculated when you order. You are charged the exact freight, which is often less expensive than the estimated charges below.

    If your billing address does not match your shipping address you must call to explain to us why we are shipping to a different location. It is then up to our Fraud Department to determine whether or not your order will be shipped or not.

    International Shipping (Outside of the USA)
    We have partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and click the "International Checkout" button. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with International credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department.

    Our refer a friend program is just another way for our customers to get a little help with gas cards.
    If you refer a friend and they spend $100 or more, they will receive a $10 gas card and you will receive a $5 gas card!
    To take part in this program, you must provide us with as much information about your friend as possible. Specifially their Name and E-Mail Address.
    If you do not provide this information, we will have no way of verifying if your friend is actually a customer of ours, and you will not qualify for this promotion.
